The first TFO scenario task force meeting was held in Gießen on the 6th of June 2012. The meeting introduced concepts around scenario exercises, identified decisions which need to be taken and inventoried the needs/contributions of the different subprojects (SP) as well as of individual members of the Task Force. Participants were mainly from Germany but to bridge the geographical distance between German and African colleagues a video conference was trialed with good participation, as long as the network permitted it.
